Selenite is named after the Greek word for moon, contrary to popular belief, it contains no significant selenium. These four varieties are sometimes grouped together under the name selenite. The red variety is the result of mineral inclusions of copper ore.

What is Reiki?

Reiki, a Japanese term combining "Rei" (Universal) and "Ki" (Energy), refers to a healing practice where the practitioner channels universal energy to promote balance and well-being. This ancient healing modality was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the 19th century, forming what we now call the Usui Method of Natural Healing.

Everything in the universe is composed of energy, including us. This life force energy flows through us, supporting our physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
